ADMISSION TO THE UNDERGRADUATE COURSE UNDER CAP 2025-26
A. List of Original Documents to be produced at the time of Physical Verification:
- System Generated Application
- System Generated Provisional Admission Certificate
- Mark Sheet of 10+2 level (Higher Secondary)
- Mark Sheet of 10th level (Secondary / Madhyamik)
- Age Proof Certificate (Admit Card/Birth Certificate etc.)
- SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card ID and ABC ID
- Registration Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
B. Self Attested copies of the following documents to be Submitted at the time of Physical Verification – 02 (Two) Copies:
- System Generated Application form
- Copy of Mark Sheet of 10+2 level (Higher Secondary)
- Copy of Mark Sheet of 10th level (Secondary / Madhyamik)
- Copy of Age Proof Certificate (Admit Card/Birth Certificate etc.)
- Copy of Registration Certificate (10+2)
- Copy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Aadhar Card ID and ABC ID
- Copy of Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Anti-ragging & other declarations duly filled by the students
- Recent Passport Size Colour photo
- System Generated admission slip
