NCC
The NCC unit was established on 2016 under the 11 Bengal Battalion. In the session 2018 -19 , 7 Bengal Battalion was also included. It begun with 20 open vacancy and now the number has towered to 80. Dr. Ramen Bhadra is The Care Taker Officer of the NSS, who has very capably lead the Unit since the initiation. Now, the entire Unit has merged under the 7Bengal Battalion, Balurghat. It is one of the most active and dynamic unit of the college. It conducts various programs all round the year:
1. Participates in Sthal Sainik Camp, Combined Annual Training Camp, National Integration Camp, Advanced Leadership Camp, Army Attachment Camps, and Trekking Camps.
2. Tree-Plantation and plantation of medicinal garden
3. Implementation of Swach-Bharat Abhiyan in the College
4. Blood Donation Camp
5. Workshop on Gender Equality Awareness.
6. Observation of 26th January and 15th August and hosting parades.
7. Celebration of NCC Day (Last Sunday of November)
8. Flood Relief Program and helping victims of natural calamities.
9. Awareness Programme like Anti Tobacco, Plastic Free Campus, etc.
